Back home following her performance in Washington DC, a rocked out Miley Cyrus enjoyed some quality time with her sister Brandi on Tuesday afternoon (January 20). Though she recently turned 16, the Disney cutie opted to hop on her bike and cruise around the neighborhood, getting a little fresh air.
