Now that she’s looking a bit more vibrant thanks to a relaxing vacation in the Caribbean, Amy Winehouse seems to be on the upswing.  And according to her father Mitch, it’s a welcome sight to see his daughter looking healthier. In a recent interview for a documentary called “Saving Amy,” Mitch says that while there was plenty of speculation as to his daughter’s well-being, no one knew how bad it really was.
