The “Mad Money” mommy continued to show signs of exhaustion as she passed the paparazzi, sporting some serious dark shadows under her eyes presumably from her grueling Broadway schedule.

Katie Holmes turned 30 last week, but she didn’t have much down time to relax over the weekend. She stepped out in a few different outfits on Friday and Saturday going to and from performances before finally taking a time out for shopping with Suri in matching headbands yesterday. Katie even got pants-resistant Suri to put on a pair of jeans. Katie and Tom’s demanding schedules kept them apart on her birthday , and apparently they’ll be separated for another big occasion in January. Katie’s final performance of All My Sons is on Jan. 11, which means she won’t be by Tom’s side to cheer him on at the Golden Globes next year
