Making a last minute arrival for the Presidential Inauguration later today, Courteney Cox was spotted landing in Washington DC this morning (January 20). The “Friends” babe was joined by her daughter Coco Riley Arquette as they hit town to join husband/father David Arquette who is already there.

Never one to control her temper, Kelly Osbourne has been arrested and charged with assault as a result of an incident in which she slapped gossip columnist Zoe Griffin back in August of 2008. The 24-year-old singer/DJ reportedly flew into a rage after Griffin called her fiancé, Luke Worrall, stupid.  And now she’s being formally charged.

Getting geared up for Barack Obama’s inauguration, Jennifer Lopez and Marc Anthony were spotted at the 2009 Latino Inaugural Gala last night (January 18) in Washington DC. Hanging with fellow singer Shakira and her beau Antonio de la Rua, the “Waiting for Tonight” songstress and her “I Need to Know” hubby looked stunning as they arrived at Celebrando El Cambio at Union Station, with Jen sporting a bold blue strapless gown, while Marc sported a snazzy pinstripe suit.
