Some designers have opted out of Bryant Park this year, but that won’t stop it from being the biggest New York Fashion Week destination. IMG has just announced a partial list of designers set to show at the iconic location come February, and it’s packed with heavy hitters. Thus far, the list includes Diane von Furstenberg, BCBGMAXAZRIA (left), Carolina Herrera, and Calvin Klein to name a few. Other designers confirmed for Bryant Park are: Zac Posen Michael Kors 3.1 Phillip Lim To see who else is showing, read more

Emma Roberts has blossomed into one sophisticated young lady. She recently strutted the red carpet in Myne’s grape belted silk mini dress. But instead of wearing the thin belt that comes with the frock, she shook things up with a thick studded one. It makes the look interesting and age appropriate. Her caged sandals add a layer of sexy severity to the mix. If she continues like this, I hope to see more of the stylish actress soon.

We’re merely three episodes deep into The City and it’s already got me addicted. Last night, Whitney moved into her new apartment, which she found with the help of Jay. Speaking of the Aussie lover, he and Whitney had a talk about the status of their relationship. I wonder where things will go. On the work front, Whitney attended her first photo shoot and impressed her boss as usual

Supermodels continue to dominate ads and they show no signs of stopping. Case in point: Kate Moss and Gisele Bundchen are spotlighted in Versace’s Spring ‘09 ad campaign. The two blond beauts are sailing the high seas wearing refreshing black and white frocks, heart-adorned bags, and shiny platforms. My favorite piece is the black heart dress Kate is wearing (left)

Put Karl Lagerfeld behind the camera and Diane Kruger in front of it, and you have nothing short of spectacular. In German magazine Amica ’s January issue, the actress lives up to the editorial’s title, “Lady D.” Much like in real life, she portrays a demure character with the help of her chic attire, which includes berets, gowns, lace, and ruffles. But it’s her facial expressions which switch things up and reveal her mischievous side.

I don’t know how these slipped onto the market without me noticing (oh right, I don’t really love to iron), but they sound great. I used to use an industrial version of this type of iron (Sussman?) for my tailoring classes in college. Since then, though, I have suffered through with low quality commercial irons. It kinda took the fun out of ironing (if there ever was any). So, does anyone have one of these and what do you think about it? I am very seriously considering buying one of these so I would love to hear any input.

Stylist Patricia Field singlehandedly changed the way women look on TV with her work on “Sex and the City.” She helped make Carrie, Miranda, Samantha and Charlotte style icons and household names. She’s since worked on bringing her unique sense of urban style to the worlds of “The Devil Wears Prada,” “Ugly Betty” and the upcoming “Confessions of a Shopaholic,” which opens on February 13. But with six years of the “SATC” TV show under her belt, as well as the first installment of the movie franchise, Field can’t wait to get her hands on some more outrageous fashions if another “SATC” film production is made. “I do believe it will happen, because [creator] Michael Patrick King himself told me it’s gonna happen,” she recently told MTV News. “But I haven’t really received any official information yet.” So, you might have to wait a while to see the ladies reunited on the big screen again, but in the meantime, check out what else this stylist supreme had to say right here !

‘Sex And The City’ Stylist Gives Update On Sequel

Last month, we broke big news on John Waters’ bizarre, top-secret script treatment blueprinting the upcoming “Hairspray 2.” The details were so weird, in fact, that as news spread across the Web some people thought composer/producer Marc Shaiman was joking. Naturally, we had to take the story to the man himself, “Hairspray” director Adam Shankman – who not only confirmed it all, but also told us about a title possibility and the big-name star who won’t be returning when the sequel hits theaters in July 2010. “It’s crazy,” Shankman laughed. “[The treatment] is amazing, but it’s crazy.
